As you can see above, its called Dry beef glass noodle. The beef is EXTREMELY tender and juicy.
It comes with a serving of roasted potatoes and pickled relish. You can opt for other noodles too if you want.. do ask the staffs there. There are too many meals to choose from, and this makes me want to return there and savor their other foods. Anyone care to join?
