Here's a quick and simple tip to uplift your mayo if its bland or too sour due to the acetic acid used. If you are looking to add some sweetness to balance the sourness , I recommend you to add a table spoon of condensed sweetened creamer or any condensed milk ( it must be sweetened ).. add according to your likings and mix it well... you'll be amazed with the results..
