Mayo Magic...

Here's a quick and simple tip to uplift your mayo if its bland or too sour due to the acetic acid used. If you are looking to add some sweetness to balance the sourness , I recommend you to add a table spoon of condensed sweetened creamer or any condensed milk ( it must be sweetened ).. add according to your likings and mix it well... you'll be amazed with the results..

New MacBook Pro...

Yup... its true, the new MacBook Pro 17" is out in the states but it hasn't arrived here in Malaysia as far as i am concerned. Its a staggering RM 10k plus for the basic model. Taiwan..

As you can see above, its called Dry beef glass noodle. The beef is EXTREMELY tender and juicy.
It comes with a serving of roasted potatoes and pickled relish. You can opt for other noodles too if you want.. do ask the staffs there. There are too many meals to choose from, and this makes me want to return there and savor their other foods. Anyone care to join?

Taiwanese food...

In this restaurant, each ordered meal comes with a complimentary soft drink, a bowl of soup and chili paste to help spice up for those who prefers spicy stuffs as their meal are mostly not hot at all.. great for me as i am not a craze spicy fan.

Taiwanese budget food...

I guess its time for me to travel to the "eastern side" of my tastebuds and savour their unique food. No no i am not going to China, but i'll still be in Malaysia. haha...
First stop is Taiwanese food. I've noticed the slow but growing chain of Taiwanese eateries around Kuala Lumpur.. and not to forget, they produce some kickin' good food !

Here on your right is a restaurant called as you can see as Taiwan House. A friend of mine introduced it to me.

It is situated in Ampang point. So if you are in the area or LIVING in that area, this eatery is a must VISIT and you won't regret it. Cheap , delicious and simple is this shops' main moto..i think.. part 2 coming up..

This is the mixed tom yam soup. Very sinful.. i can't handle it...














Sizzling hot plate beef.... Tender and juicy beef cooked in chef's secret sauce... Another simple, budget yet tasty dish that you can accompany with plain rice, fried rice or simply delicious enough to be eaten on its own... oMg...

A new restaurant reviewed by me situated in Taipan USJ, 2 blocks away from maybank along the same stretch. This restaurant offers a very delicious and unique menus that will surely satisfy your tastebuds.

Here pictured some of the foods that i am reviewing is Sweet n Sour chicken. Juicy tender pieces of chicken cooked in a sweet n sour broth. A Malaysian favourite. Yummy.. and must try. You might wonder and say, " this is typical, i've eaten it somewhere before".. yes i know... but logically, different restaurants offers different taste. For those of you who believed me and have gone and savour my reviewed food; they've all given me a praise !
